Free consultation
Tell us what you need, through our project form or by email. We ask questions, share initial ideas and tell you honestly whether we’re a good fit. We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

Fixed-price proposal
A written proposal with the exact scope, a realistic timeline with milestones, one fixed price, and payment terms: a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due on completion (larger projects are split into milestones). Nothing starts until you’ve approved it and paid the deposit.

Build, with weekly updates
We build in stages on our own development server. Every week you get a progress update and access to a private staging link, a working version of your project you can click through and comment on.

Review and launch
You test everything on staging and we make final adjustments. Once the final payment is made, we transfer the code to you and launch together, on your own hosting or on our specialised hosting if that suits your project better.

Support. One week of post-launch support is included, then ongoing support and maintenance whenever you need it.

Do you ever work hourly?
No. Every project and every change has a fixed price agreed in advance.

How do payments work?
For small and medium projects: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% when the work is complete, before the code is transferred to you. Larger projects are split into smaller milestones, each with its own deliverables and payment. Everything is set out in your proposal.

What do you need from me during the project?
Quick feedback on the weekly updates, any content or access we need, and a contact person who can make decisions.

What happens after the support week?
We offer ongoing support and maintenance, and any new work is quoted at a fixed price, like everything else.

Where is my project built and hosted?
We build on our own development server, so you can follow progress on a private staging link. At launch, we deploy to the hosting of your choice. For select clients we also offer specialised hosting managed by us.
